  • 1 large lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice)

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine: In a medium bowl, gently combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and minced jalapeño.

  2. Season: Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with sea salt.
